Full Service

• Unlimited Hours of Service leading up to your Wedding
• Assist client with establishing a budget
• Recommend vendors best suited to meet clients needs, style and budget
• Schedule and accompany clients to all vendor appointments
• Approve and oversee vendor contracts
• Create and manage timeline to ensure all deadlines are met
• Create and manage Wedding timeline for vendors
• Two Weeks prior Wedding confirm all vendors services *1 week prior as well
• Attend Rehearsal and assist in organizing and direction of ceremony
• Manage and direct the vendors the day of event
• Direct ceremony and reception in accordance with wedding day timeline
• Assist with all the details of the event upon request of bride to include Lodging transportation, invitations, welcome baskets, favors
   

Wedding~ Week of/Day of Service

• 10 hours of consultation leading up to wedding
• Recommend vendors best suited to meet clients needs, style, and budget
• Schedule clients to all vendor appointments
• Create a planner timeline for the client to ensure all deadlines are met
• Organize the event timeline for vendors and client
• Finalize services of vendors and confirm two weeks before wedding
• Attend rehearsal and assist in organizing and directing the ceremony
• Manage and direct the vendors the day of the wedding
• Direct ceremony and reception in accordance with pre-approved timeline
• Assist with all the details of the event upon request of the bride to include Lodging, transportation, invitations, welcome baskets, favors

Wedding Day SOS!!

• Organize the wedding timeline for vendors and client
• Finalize services of vendors &confirm 2 weeks prior to wedding, 1 week prior
• Attend rehearsal and assist in organizing and directing the ceremony
• Manage and direct the vendors day of event
• Direct ceremony and reception in accordance with pre-approved wedding day timeline
